Yoni Steaming Herbs
The practice of using herbs to heal and nourish the womb and pelvic floor is an ancient one, and still practiced over the world today. Vaginal steaming is an effective way to gently cleanse, tone, and balance the vagina and uterus. Various blends of herbs are heated to a boil in water and cooled slightly before the steam is utilized to support overall health and vitality of the female reproductive center. A Yoni Steam, or vaginal steam, is the practice of sitting or squatting over this steaming bowl of herbs, allowing the warmth and herbal constituents of the herbal steam to permeate the vagina to cleanse and revitalize the uterus. It’s a powerful self-care ritual for female vitality and a nourishing ritual for reconnecting a woman with her body and sacred feminine center.
Yoni steams can be practiced weekly, monthly, or as needed to restore any disconnect from the female body whether it be from child birth, unsatisfying intimate experiences, trauma, abuse, surgery, or cultural disconnect.
Each jar is 9 oz by volume, and 36 grams by weight and contains approximately 3 steaming servings.

Lavender, Calendula, Thyme, Rosemary, Rose Petals, Chamomile, Jasmine Flowers, Yarrow, White Sage
Directions for Use:
Heat 1/2 cup of loose herbs and 5 cups of water to a boil. Turn the heat off and transfer to a large ceramic or glass bowl. Allow some time, 5-10 minutes, for the herbs to steep into a “tea” and for the steam to cool down, until holding the inside of your wrist directly over the steam feels comfortable. Squat or sit over steam. Cover yourself from the waist down with a skirt, towel, or blanket so the steam does not escape. Steam for 20 minutes or longer. Use this time to relax and center yourself through reading, meditating, or repeating a mantra.
NOTE: DO NOT steam if you are pregnant or if there is a chance you may be pregnant. Why? Many of these herbs are abortifacients and cause the termination of a pregnancy. It is not recommenced to use a vaginal steam during menstruation. Instead, use in the days prior to or immediately following menstruation.
